These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pekogo’s website and services (the “Service”). By using Pekogo, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pekogo provides a free portal for browser-based casual games, daily challenges, leaderboards, and related features. Games may be hosted by us or linked/embedded from partners. Features may change, pause, or discontinue at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, abuse leaderboards, or automate play with bots or scripts
• Attempt to hack, scrape excessively, overload, or disrupt Pekogo or game servers
• Upload malware, reverse engineer protected systems beyond what’s allowed by law, or bypass security
• Harass others, post illegal content, or use the Service for fraud or spam
• Misuse ads (e.g. fake clicks) or interfere with advertising systems
• Use Pekogo in any way that breaks applicable law

4. Guest play

You may use some features without an account. Guest progress is typically stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear data or switch devices. Creating an account helps sync progress where supported.

5. Virtual items, scores & challenges

Scores, rankings, gems, challenge rewards, or similar indicators (if offered) have no cash value unless we expressly say otherwise in writing. We may reset, adjust, or remove such records to fix errors, stop abuse, or maintain fair play.

6. Intellectual property

Pekogo branding, portal design, and original materials are owned by Pekogo or its licensors. Individual games and assets remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

7. Third-party games & links

Some games or links are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those games may be subject to additional third-party terms.

8. Advertising

The Service may display ads, including via Google AdSense. Ads help keep Pekogo free. Ad partners may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that games will always load or save correctly on every device/browser.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEKOGO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, SCORES, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Pekogo against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

13. Termination

You may stop using Pekogo at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
